Semiconductor Architect
(Chip / System Architect)

Job Description

Mission

Design and drive system architectures for mixed-signal semiconductor chips and advanced 3D packaging technologies. Define technical concepts, product specifications, IP architecture, analog/digital partitioning, and performance targets to transform research outcomes into commercially viable semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define system and chip architectures for mixed-signal semiconductor products.
  • Develop chip configurations, IP architectures, and interface specifications.
  • Perform architectural design and trade-off analysis considering performance, power consumption, cost, and manufacturability.
  • Coordinate technical discussions and specification alignment with internal engineers and external partners.
  • Optimize system architecture based on prototype evaluation and validation results.
Required Qualifications (MUST)

Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Development of SoCs, mixed-signal ICs, memory, or communication systems
  • System specification or architecture design for mixed-signal chips or systems
  • Definition of chip specifications, IP specifications, or system specifications
  • Fundamental knowledge of advanced packaging technologies, including 3D integration
  • Strong communication skills to lead technical discussions, specification reviews, and design reviews in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of and experience with memory, PHYs, SerDes, and high-speed interfaces
  • Experience with 3D integration, chiplets, and advanced packaging technologies

RF Device Design Engineer

Job Description

Mission

Design and evaluate RF semiconductor devices. Take ownership of the entire development process—from RF circuits, passive components, and interconnect structures to performance evaluation—to deliver high-performance, high-quality semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design RF circuits, passive devices, and interconnect structures.
  • Perform electromagnetic simulations, SPICE simulations, and equivalent circuit modeling.
  • Build RF measurement environments and evaluate measurement results.
  • Compare simulation and measurement results to optimize designs.

Mission
